Processing Times
Most of our products are made to order (because you deserve fresh, not dusty). Processing usually takes 2–5 business days. During busy seasons, it may take us an extra day or two — promise we’re still moving fast.

Shipping Times
Once your order heads out, standard U.S. shipping is typically 3–7 business days. International shipping varies depending on where you live and how feisty customs is feeling.

Tracking Information
The minute your package ships, you’ll get a tracking number emailed to you. Give it 24–48 hours to actually start moving — kind of like us before coffee.

Multiple Shipments
If you ordered different items, they may show up in separate packages. We work with amazing fulfillment partners, but they don’t all live in the same house.
